Everyone wants to know when the relationship became physical... how about this, everyone stays in the light and says things against this but if the guy was not a former teacher he would be like an everyday chester, that people would whisper about but never be bold enough to confront.
Men especially here in America/United States have a weakened mentality because of how the last decade of children grew up in a time where there were the possibility of anything happening was apparent. And the option of sexualization after 16 is completely open to consent, and slight to no legal ramifications in most states.

I BLAME TAMMY POWERS MORE THAN THE CHILD, if the child needed help or her mother said now that she feels she was PRIMED FOR THIS, then she PUBLICLY ADMITTED that she knew something before Jordan Powers was 18 and NEGLETED HER MOTHERLY DUTIES, until after she had none. (WHICH IS NOW BECAUSE JORDAN IS 18)

Jordan Powers is 18 years old, which is a 23 year difference so we can see James Hooker is looking to double down on the odds and instead of feeling like he is saving 12-15 years, it appears he actually gets 23 more in his eyes.
